Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities
- Write and execute protocols, including field verification
- Prepare summary reports at client sites
Areas of Focus
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Utilities and critical systems
- Equipment commissioning and qualification
Project & Team Support
- Plan and coordinate project work
- Provide direction to small teams during document development and execution phases
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 2–4 years of commissioning and qualification experience within a regulated industry
- Familiarity with ISPE Baseline Guide Volume 5 (Second Edition) preferred
Preferred Technical Experience
- Facilities and equipment startup
- System walk-downs and troubleshooting
- Utilities (WFI, RO, HVAC)
- Upstream and downstream processing
- Purification and recovery systems
- Building automation systems
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
